On October 8th, Carlos Juiz, together with the partners of the Catholic University of Cuenca (UCACUE), visited the Mobility Company of the Municipality of Cuenca (EMOV) to carry out development and research projects, together with the Shinshu University of Japan and the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). The reason for the visit was to look for alternatives to improve mobility processes in the city, adapting genetic algorithms to route management.
Currently, the UIB and UCACUE already carry out joint development and research tasks and even doctoral thesis direction.
