Carlos Juiz has taught the master classes of the core subject called "Governance of ICT" in the Master and Specialization of Information Technology and Communication at the National University of Asunción. The lectures were given from September 2nd to 6th in the Nucleus of Technological and Scientific Development of the Polytechnic School.

The UIB, and particularly the ACSIC group, has participated several times with the National University of Asunción, not only in graduate and postgraduate teaching activities but also in development cooperation and research projects, receiving, thanks to this, the MIT Technology Review 2016 award.
