Carlos Juiz gives a lecture on Strategic Alignment of IT in the UCLM course of postgraduate

On February 25, 2016 took place the II Edition of postgraduate study Expert on IT Services Management in Universities (EXDSTIU-2) organized by the University of Castilla-La Mancha. In it, Carlos Juiz, professor at the University of the Balearic Islands involved from the first course, gave a lecture on IT Strategic Alignment.

This postgraduate study seeks to address the need to update the training of directors and heads of Services Computing in universities. The proposal has been approved by the ICT sector of the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE), and will include financial support. Its preparation has departed from CIO Profile (Chief Information Officer), proposed by the European Committee for Standardization in the document "European ICT Professional Profiles". This profile establishes the main tasks entrusted to responsible Computing. The competences to work have been obtained from that profile, complemented by the European framework for digital skills (European e-competence framework).
